1. Acceptance of Terms

Agreement to Terms. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you (“you”) and Blue T Group, LLC (“Blue T Group,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of gilmo.ai, our related sites, dashboards, and the moderation bot for Discord (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service (including adding the bot to a Discord server), you agree to these Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use the Service. Only a user with admin privileges for a Discord server may add or configure the bot for that server. You represent and warrant that you have the authority to connect the bot and grant it access to the server content and permissions you select.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (i) use or add the bot to any server that contains prohibited content or discusses prohibited activity (including illegal activity, malware distribution, CSAM or sexual exploitation, doxxing, credible threats of violence, incitement to hate/terrorism, or IP infringement); (ii) violate Discord’s terms, community guidelines, or applicable laws; (iii) attempt to circumvent moderation; (iv) interfere with the Service or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways. We may suspend or remove the bot from servers that violate these Terms.

4. External Content & Your Responsibilities

If you designate URLs for the bot to fetch/learn from, you represent that you have the rights to provide that content, that it is lawful and publicly accessible, and that you will not submit confidential, regulated, or sensitive information unless you have all necessary permissions. You are responsible for your server’s configuration and permissions granted to the bot.

5. Subscription and Payments

Some parts of our Service are billed on a subscription basis and will auto-renew until canceled.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
• All sales are final; no refunds will be issued
• If you cancel, your access continues until the end of the then-current term
• We may modify pricing with notice
• Charges and applicable taxes are your responsibility; payments are processed by our payment partners

6. Termination

We may suspend or cancel your access to the Service, remove the bot from any server, or discontinue the Service at any time, for any reason or no reason at all, without liability, refund, or recourse.

You may remove the bot or stop using the Service at any time, but no refunds will be issued for payments already made.

7. Experimental Software; No Warranties

The Service is experimental and may make mistakes. It may misclassify, fail to detect, or over‑enforce moderation; it may generate incomplete or inaccurate outputs; and it may experience interruptions or data loss. We strive to provide reliable service, but the site and Service may be down, interrupted, delayed, or error-prone. We are not responsible for any effects, losses, or damages arising from downtime, interruptions, delays, or errors.

THE SERVICE IS EXPERIMENTAL AND PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, OR OUTCOMES. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

8. Limitation of Liability & Release

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Blue T Group and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from: your server settings or content; moderation actions or omissions; Service outputs; URL content you provide; third‑party providers; downtime or errors.

IN NO EVENT WILL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE FOR THE THEN‑CURRENT SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD in which the event giving rise to the claim occurred. We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify or replace these Terms at any time by posting the updated Terms and revising the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The exclusive venue for any action arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is the state or federal courts located in Denver, Colorado, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how we use it.
